随着人力资源的不断被关注,与之关系紧密的企业社会责任管理也被不断推向高潮,日益增加的关注度,让参与人群从单一的工作人员变成了各行各界。在长期的发展过程中,我国的劳务关系也不再是传统模式,它在用工单位和劳动者之间加入了劳务派遣的部门。劳务派遣部门的加入,不仅改善了日益紧张的劳务关系,还加强了企业承担社会责任的意识,促进了企业人力资源的发展。本文将以劳务关系为切入点,对培养企业的社会责任意识进行分析,以期能实现企业人力资源管理得以迅速发展的目标。
With the continuous attention of human resources, closely related to the management of corporate social responsibility has also been constantly climax, increasing concern, so that participants from a single staff into all walks of life. In the long-term development process, China’s labor relations are no longer the traditional model, it joins the labor dispatch department between the labor units and workers.
