宫外孕是妇科常见的急性病 ,传统的治疗方法是 :剖腹探查 ,将腹腔内的异位妊娠及积血清除干净 ,这种治疗方法创伤大 ,腹部切口较长。宫外孕保守治疗方法其治疗时间长 ,而且适应范围小。近年来随着腹腔镜技术在妇科领域的应用 ,尤其在妇科疾病治疗中的应用 ,为宫外孕治疗提供了新的方法。腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、腹部切口小、出血少等优点 ,易被患者接受。本院自 1998年采用腹腔镜对 34例宫外孕患者进行手术治疗 ,收到良好的效果。作者通过总结其临床护理 ,探讨腹腔镜宫外孕术的术前准备和术后护理方法 ,报告如下。1
