近几年来,我国农村发生了重大变化,其中青年在家庭及整个经济活动中的位置的显著变化,就是一个值得引起重视并加以认真研究的新课题。笔者在1987年6月到洞庭湖畔的常德地区农村进行了为期半个月的调查。结果表明,在时代潮流的冲刷下,统治中国农村数千年的“少不当家,老来管事”的传统观念正在改变,农村家庭经营决策权的新老交替已随着商品生产的发展而加快了进程,青年当家给中国农村改革带来了又一道希望的曙光!
