心房颤动(AF)的模型建立中离不开电刺激和起搏的应用。电刺激包括短阵快速刺激(burst刺激)和程序期前刺激,其既可作为急性AF模型的建立,亦可作为慢性AF模型的建立,还可作为慢性AF模型中的诱发方式使用。快速起搏主要用于慢性AF模型的建立。自主神经电刺激可以直接或间接增加AF的诱发成功率;乙酰胆碱、苯肾上腺素使用、一些因素致心脏结构或组织病变后电刺激易诱发AF。电刺激和起搏在制作AF动物模型中,既可短期运用作为触发因素,也可长期运用作为引起电生理和解剖异常而出现“AF致AF”。
Atrial fibrillation (AF) model can not be established without the use of electrical stimulation and pacing. Electrical stimulation includes short bursts of stimulation and pre-procedural stimulation, both as an acute AF model and as a chronic AF model and as a trigger for chronic AF. Fast paced is mainly used for the establishment of chronic AF model. Autonomic nerve stimulation can directly or indirectly increase the success rate of AF induction; acetylcholine, phenylephrine use, some of the factors that lead to cardiac structure or tissue lesions after electrical stimulation easily induced AF. Electrical stimulation and pacing in the production of animal models of AF, both short-term use as a trigger, but also long-term use as a cause of electrophysiological and anatomical abnormalities appear “AF to AF.”
