输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是20世纪末应用于泌尿外科的高新技术,可以治疗输尿管全程结石,具有碎石效率高、结石排净率高、结石移动小、副损伤小、可重复性等特点,逐渐成为治疗输尿管结石的首选方法。随着国产钬激光的临床推广,该技术在基层医院也逐步得到开展。我院于2009年采用输尿管硬镜下国产钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者135例,对手术过程中的操作经验作了初步的总结和探讨,现报道如下。资料与方法
