目的了解射阳县辖区内医疗机构消毒效果状况,为进一步规范医疗机构消毒措施,有效控制院内感染提供科学依据。方法依据GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》,对室内空气、无菌医疗器械、物体表面、医护人员手表面和使用中消毒液等样品实验室检测结果进行统计分析。结果 8年共采样13 236份,合格11 634份,平均合格率为87.9%。2006-2013年合格率分别为87.8%、86.9%、89.1%、90.6%、85.0%、90.8%、87.6%和85.7%,在监测的各种样品中,无菌医疗器械合格率最高,为100.0%,其余样品合格率依次为使用中消毒液(99.2%)、物体表面(93.3%)、医护人员手表面(82.2%)和室内空气(65.0%)。结论建议加强医务人员的消毒知识和技能培训,强化岗位责任制。同时加大对消毒硬件设施的投入,卫生行政部门要加大监督检查力度,增加对医疗机构的监测频率,及时通报监测情况,发现问题督促其及时整改,提高消毒效果质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Sheyang County, and provide scientific basis for further regulating the disinfection measures of medical institutions and effectively controlling nosocomial infections. Methods Based on GB15982-1995 “Sanitary Standard for Hospital Disinfection”, the laboratory test results of indoor air, sterile medical equipment, surface of objects, the surface of medical staff and disinfectant in use were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 13 236 samples were collected over a period of 8 years, 11 634 samples were passed, with an average passing rate of 87.9%. The qualified rates of sterile medical devices among the various samples monitored in 2006-2013 were 87.8%, 86.9%, 89.1%, 90.6%, 85.0%, 90.8%, 87.6% and 85.7%, respectively, with the highest pass rate being 100.0 %, And the remaining samples pass the disinfection solution in use (99.2%), the surface of the object (93.3%), the surface of the health care worker (82.2%) and the indoor air (65.0%). Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the disinfection knowledge and skills training for medical staff and strengthen the job responsibility system. At the same time increase the investment in disinfection of hardware facilities, health administrative departments to step up supervision and inspection, increase the frequency of monitoring of medical institutions, timely notification of monitoring and found that the problem prompts the timely rectification and improve the quality of disinfection.
