Objective To explore the best extraction conditions of total flavonoids and polysaccharides from Diospyros kaki.Method By using the single factor test and orthogonal experiment,the influence of extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,extraction solvent and extraction frequency on the extraction rate of total flavonoids and polysaccharides was studied,and the best extraction conditions were determined.Result The best extraction conditions for total flavonoids were 60% ethanol,2 h of extraction time,twice of extraction frequency,and 1∶30(g/mL) of solid-liquid ratio; while the best extraction conditions for polysaccharides were 60% ethanol,1 h of extraction time,one time of extraction frequency,and 1∶20(g/mL) of solid-liquid ratio.Conclusion The study provides references for improving the extraction process,reducing the energy consumption and realizing the industrialized production of flavonoids and polysaccharides,and lays a theoretical foundation for their future development and utilization.
