文件横向运动理论研究宜在对“文件横向运动”完整准确理解的基础上进行。文章认为,文件横向运动是内在的,文件横向运动不是指文件物理运动,文件横向运动同样是由文件价值所决定的,文件横向运动的拥有与文件横向运动的表现之差异,文件横向运动完全不同于档案利用活动,文件横向运动不是指文件中所含知识的一维运动等。
The theoretical research on the lateral movement of documents should be based on the complete and accurate understanding of the horizontal movement of documents.
