目的 :建立HPLC法同时测定人血浆中地西泮、硝西泮、氯硝西泮、咪达唑仑、三唑仑、艾司唑仑和阿普唑仑的浓度。方法 :血浆样品用乙醚萃取 ,5 5℃水浴中N2 吹干 ,残留物用乙醇溶解后进样。色谱柱为Shim packCLC CN柱 (15 0mm× 6 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为正己烷 -无水乙醇 -甲醇 (87 8∶10 2∶2 ,V/V/V) ,流速 1 10mL·min-1,柱温 4 0℃ ,检测波长 2 4 0nm。结果 :硝西泮、氯硝西泮在 0 0 2~ 2 0 0mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好 (r≥ 0 9993) ,地西泮、咪达唑仑、三唑仑、艾司唑仑和阿普唑仑在 0 0 5~ 2 0 0mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好 (r≥ 0 .9997)。方法回收率近 10 0 % ,日内和日间RSD均≤ 7% (n =5 )。结论 :本方法适用于人血浆中 7种苯二氮 艹卓 类药物同时检测
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of diazepam, nitrazepam, clonazepam, midazolam, triazolam, estazolam and alprazolam in human plasma. Methods: The plasma samples were extracted with ether and dried in N2 at 55 ° C in a water bath. The residue was dissolved in ethanol and injected. Results: Nitrazepam and clonazepam showed a good linearity (r ≥ 0 9993) in the range of 0 0 2 ~ 200 mg · L -1, diazepam, midazolam, triazolam, Lun and alprazolam in the 0 0 5 ~ 200 mg · L-1 range of good linear relationship (r ≥ 0.9997). The recovery rate was nearly 100% with an intraday and interday RSD of ≤ 7% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of seven benzodiazepines in human plasma
