我厂磨煤机润滑油泵采用CBZ—50A型齿轮油泵。由于油封备品欠缺,我们拟将J型无骨架橡胶油封作为该泵密封的代用品。但由于无骨架油封受压后易变形起皱,造成油封唇口与轴颈的接触面积增大,加大了轴与油封的磨擦阻力,在高速运转时产生热量,使橡胶发热烧损,致使油封过早老化,开裂,造成严重漏油。根据分析,我们认为是无骨架油封不能很好地控制变形量的结果。因此,在考虑到不影响油泵机械效率和密封性能的情况下,我们对该泵油封及法兰进行了一些改进(见图示),即由原一
I plant mill lubrication oil pump uses CBZ-50A gear oil pump. Due to lack of spare parts for oil seals, we plan to use J-type non-framework rubber seals as a substitute for the pump seal. However, since no skeleton oil seal is easily deformed and wrinkled after being pressed, the contact area between the lip of the oil seal and the journal is increased, the frictional resistance between the shaft and the oil seal is increased, heat is generated during high-speed operation, and the rubber is burned due to heat generation. Oil seals prematurely age and crack, causing serious oil leaks. Based on the analysis, we believe that the non-skeletal oil seal can not control the amount of deformation. Therefore, considering that it does not affect the mechanical efficiency and sealing performance of the oil pump, we have made some improvements to the oil seal and the flange (see illustration).
