目的了解泰州医学技术学院08级高职新生的心理健康状况,为学院相关部门做好医学高职新生的心理健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对泰州医学技术学院08级新生580人进行调查,将SCL-90各因子与国内青年常模和大学生常模进行比较,并对不同性别、不同生源地的学生进行比较。结果(1)08级医学高职新生与国内青年常模比较,强迫和恐怖两个因子显著高于常模(P<0.01),精神病性因子高于常模(P<0.05);(2)躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、敌对、偏执五个因子低于常模(P<0.01)。(3)与大学生常模比较,除了恐怖因子外,其余各因子均低于大学生常模(P<0.01)。(4)男女生心理健康状况总体大致相同(P>0.05),女生焦虑、抑郁和恐怖高于男生(P<0.05)。(5)城镇学生的心理健康状况明显优于农村学生(P<0.05),农村学生的人际关系和精神病性两因子高于城镇学生(P<0.05)。结论生活、学习环境的改变及生源性别、城乡差异为产生学生心理问题的重要原因。应采用相应对策加强心理干预,以提高本院医学高职学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the mental health status of freshmen of Grade 08 in Taizhou Medical Technology College and provide the theoretical basis for the relevant departments of the college to do a good job of mental health education for freshmen of medical college. Methods A total of 580 freshmen in Taizhou Medical Technology College were surveyed by Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90). SCL-90 factors were compared with those of normal youth and college students in China. The effects of different genders, To compare students. Results: (1) Compared with the norm of the youth, the two factors of compulsion and horror were significantly higher than those of the norm (P <0.01), and the psychotic factors were higher than the norm (P <0.05); (2) Somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, hostility and paranoid were lower than the norm (P <0.01). (3) Compared with the norm of college students, except for the horror factor, all the other factors were lower than the norm of college students (P <0.01). (4) The overall mental health status of boys and girls were generally the same (P> 0.05). The anxiety, depression and terror of girls were higher than boys (P <0.05). (5) The mental health of urban students was significantly better than that of rural students (P <0.05). The rural students’ interpersonal relationship and psychoticism were higher than those of urban students (P <0.05). Conclusion The changes of living and studying environment, the gender of students, the difference between urban and rural areas are the important reasons for the students’ psychological problems. Corresponding countermeasures should be taken to strengthen psychological intervention so as to improve the mental health of medical students in our hospital.
