目的采用因子分析方法描述机动车尾气损害儿童神经行为功能的效应特征。方法在泉州市某区选择机动车尾气污染程度不同的两所小学(A学校位于清洁区,B学校位于机动车尾气污染区),整群抽取282名三年级儿童进行手工化和计算机化神经行为功能测试并进行因子分析。结果因子分析提取出了3个公因子,分别为眼手协调运动能力因子、视反映速度因子、注意力因子。在控制了相关混杂因素后,多因素分析结果显示位于污染区学校B儿童的视反映速度因子、注意力因子得分均低于清洁区学校A的儿童(P<0.05)。结论机动车尾气暴露可能对儿童的视反映速度、注意力有不良影响。
Objective To describe the effects of motor vehicle exhaust on children’s neurobehavioral function by factor analysis. Methods Two primary schools with different levels of motor vehicle exhaust pollution were selected in a district of Quanzhou (School A was located in the clean area and School B was located in the vehicle exhaust pollution area). A total of 282 third grade children were selected for manual and computerized neurological behavior Functional testing and factor analysis. Results Factor analysis extracted three common factors, namely hand-eye coordination exercise capacity factor, reflecting the speed factor, attention factor. After controlling for the confounding factors, multivariate analysis showed that the visual acuity rate and attention factor scores of children in school B in the contaminated area were lower than those in school A (P <0.05). Conclusion Motor vehicle exhaust may have adverse effects on children’s visual response and attention.
