新时期,在基层思想和管理工作中,不时会出现一些官兵广泛关注的“热点”问题。面对这些问题,在一些基层带兵人中,有的看不惯,有的没招法,有的缺信心。分析其原因,根本的问题是这些同志思想上没有做到与时俱进,而是用“左”的眼光观察社会变革,用排斥的心理对待新生事物,用封闭的心态看待开放的环境。因此,当前的关键是学好“三个代表”重要思想,用创新理论解读“热点”问题,用新的思路、新的对策解决“热点”问题。
In the new era, there will be occasional “hot issues” of widespread concern among officers and men in grass-roots ideological and management work. In the face of these problems, some of the grassroots troops have somehow failed to get used to it. Some did not move and some lacked confidence. To analyze its causes, the fundamental problem is that these comrades, ideologically failing to keep pace with the times, observe the social changes with a “leftist” view, treat new things with exclusionary psychology, and treat the open environment with a closed mind . Therefore, the key point at present is to learn the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ to interpret the ’hot spot’ issue with innovative theory, and to solve the hot spot issue with new ideas and new solutions.
