胰腺结石是临床上一种比较少见的疾病,最早由DeGaaf于1667年报道。近年来由于B超、ERCP、CT等影像诊断技术的不断普及和提高,胰腺结右的发现也逐年增多,我院1988年1月～1998年3月共收治胰腺结石6例,现报告如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料 本组男5例,女1例;年龄26～58岁。平均40.6岁。临床上主要表现为间歇性上腹部疼痛伴腰背部放射。主诉腹痛明显,但腹部体征较轻,仅有上腹部轻度压痛。其中消瘦3例,黄疸1例,无腹
