南水北调工程渠线长,衬砌面属薄壁混凝土结构,施工期养护任务十分繁重。渠道衬砌混凝土常用养护方法有3种,即自然养护法、薄膜覆盖养护法和喷涂养护剂法。三种养护方法的养护效果各不相同。为确保南水北调工程渠道混凝土养护质量,必须找出一种行之有效且经济合理的养护方法。安阳段工程对以上3种方法均进行了尝试。结果表明,选择一种好的混凝土养护剂进行喷涂养护,既能保证养护质量,又能大大降低养护成本。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Project has a long drainage line with thin-walled concrete lining, and the maintenance task during the construction period is very heavy. Channel lining concrete commonly used conservation methods are three kinds, that is, natural conservation law, the film covered conservation law and spraying curing agent method. The three conservation methods have different curing effects. In order to ensure the quality of concrete curing in the channels of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, an effective and economical maintenance method must be found out. Anyang section of the above three methods have been tried. The results show that the choice of a good concrete curing agent for spraying conservation, both to ensure the quality of maintenance, but also greatly reduce conservation costs.
