高速公路交通安全管理的重要部分是面对紧急情况能够采取紧急管理措施,根据这一措施我们建立了高速公路应急预警信息系统。高速公路应急预警信息系统实现了交警部门和高速公路公司监控设施资源的相互结合,形成了不同部门的协调对应紧急预警信息机能。这一高速公路应急预警信息系统的建立给我们管理高速公路产生的突发性紧急事件带来了极大的便利,这一措施产生了非常大的社会效果。经过分析多条高速公路的紧急突发事故,发生在一次事故之后由于报警的不及时和报警地方的不确定以及急救信息的传播不到位,导致了事故的影响扩大,我们根据这一需求制定了高速公路应急预警的方案以及具体的步骤。
