目的研究加强综合护理在急诊宫外孕患者治疗过程中的应用效果。方法 78例急诊宫外孕患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行综合护理。比较两组患者术中出血量、输血量、住院时间及并发症发生率,于出院前1 d调查患者对护理的满意度。结果两组患者出血量和输血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强综合护理有利于促进急诊宫外孕患者快速恢复,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of emergency ectopic pregnancy patients. Methods 78 cases of emergency ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 cases each. Control group to implement routine care, observation group based on the control group for comprehensive care. Blood loss, blood transfusion, hospital stay and complication rates were compared between the two groups. The patients’ satisfaction with nursing was investigated on the first day before discharge. Results There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding and blood transfusion among the two groups (P> 0.05). The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05 ). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion To strengthen comprehensive nursing is helpful to promote rapid recovery of emergency ectopic pregnancy patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction.
