山东诸城四达公司是在原绝缘材料厂的基础上於1993年改建成股份制的机械企业。这个公司抓住企业改制的契机,当年就大胆吸收和借鉴国内外先进经验,在实践中采用“倒逼成本管理法”加强成本管理,在降低成本、加速资金周转、扩大市场占有率等方面取得了显著效果。1993年以来主要经济指标连年翻番,1995年与1992年相比,人均年创利税由4005元增到30000元,劳动生产率由50313元增到268000元,流动资金周转天数由157天降到52天。
