本文基于高浓度水泥膏浆的性能,探讨了掺加外掺料降低水泥浆液的造价,并通过室内试验和工程实践,研究了利用膏浆解决大孔隙地层的灌浆难题。研完表明:水泥膏浆新拌浆液一般可用宾汉姆流体模拟,随着灌浆过程的进行,浆液的固体持性逐渐得到体现,其将控制浆液在一定灌浆压力下的最终扩散距离。另外,对于大孔隙地层进行水泥膏浆灌浆处理采用大动力立式强制搅拌制浆,螺杆泵泵送,射浆管置入被灌孔段的纯压式灌浆方式,以及定压和定注入量的灌浆结束标准等对于大孔隙地层水泥膏浆灌浆处理是简单易行的。而且几个工程的应用实践也充分体现了膏浆技术运用于灌浆工程具有工艺简单、可控性强、结石强度较高、孔隙充填饱满及工程工效快、造价低等特点。
Based on the properties of high concentration cement paste, this paper discussed the cost of adding cement admixture to reduce the cost of cement slurry, and studied the grouting problem of using macroporosity formation through laboratory experiments and engineering practice. The research shows that the fresh slurry of cement paste can generally be simulated by Bingham fluid. As the grouting process proceeds, the solidity of the slurry is gradually reflected, which will control the final diffusion distance of the slurry under a certain grouting pressure. In addition, for the grouting treatment of macroporous strata, the grouting of large-force vertical forced stirring, the pumping of the screw pump and the grouting pipe into the pure-pressure grouting mode of the perforated section, as well as the constant pressure and fixed injection The end of grouting standards for macroporous cement grouting slurry formation is simple. And several engineering practice also fully reflects the paste technology used in grouting engineering has the advantages of simple process, strong controllability, high stone strength, full pore filling and engineering efficiency, low cost.
