给出了三维冲击─动力接触问题有限元混合公式;研制了三维冲击─动力接触有限元分析程序。对齿轮传动的突加载荷冲击以及啮入冲击进行了冲击特性数值仿真,分析了齿侧间隙对轮齿冲击特性的影响,为多流齿轮传动系统间隙非线性动态分析提供有力工具。
The three-dimensional finite element method of impact-dynamic contact problem is presented. The three-dimensional impact-dynamic contact finite element analysis program is developed. The numerical simulation of the impact of gear load with sudden load impact and meshing impact is carried out. The influence of the flank clearance on the impact characteristics of gear teeth is analyzed, which provides a powerful tool for the nonlinear dynamic analysis of multi-gear transmission system.
