在全党开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,是党的十七大作出的一项重大战略部署。今年2月下旬,深入学习实践科学发展观活动试点工作正式启动。6个多月来,各试点单位认真贯彻中央精神,紧紧围绕深入学习实践科学发展观这一主题,抓住领导班子和党员领导干部这个重点,按照“党员干部受教育、科学发展上水平、人民群众得实惠”的总体要求,认真学习,深入实践,积极进行探索创新,基本实现了统一认识、提高能力、解决问题、创新机制的预期目标,为全党开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动积累了经验。现在,学习实践科学发展观活动已经正式在全党分批开展。为此,本刊特开辟“学习实践活动”专栏,介绍试点单位和有关单位的做法与经验。
