2011年11月18日,国家统计局发布全国70个重点城市商品房的网签价格信息,共计49个城市的房价环比出现下降,比10月份猛增15个城市,四个一线城市——北京、上海、广州和深圳均出现不同程度降幅。包括四个一线城市在内的绝大多数重点观察城市房价的环比下降,使早在一个月前新华社关于房价拐点已现的判断,得到了更多的认同。至此,长达近两年,也是史上周期最长的房地产紧缩调控终于有所斩获。
On November 18, 2011, the National Bureau of Statistics of China released the net purchase price information of commercial housing in 70 key cities across the country. In total, the prices of 49 cities saw a sequential decrease from the previous month, surging 15 cities over the previous month and four first-tier cities - Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have shown varying degrees of decline. Most major cities including the four first-tier cities saw a sequential decline in housing prices, giving Xinhua News Agency more than a month ago the judgment on the inflection point of housing prices that has been more recognized. At this point, up to nearly two years, but also the history of the longest period of real estate tightening control finally gains.
