目的研究氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定工作场所空气中的锡。方法电热板消化采样滤膜,选择用王水做消化液消解,选择适宜的仪器工作条件进行检测。结果在0~100μg/L线性范围内,相关系数为0.999 7,不同浓度标准溶液的相对标准偏差在0.82%~3.87%之间,加标回收率在98.0%~102.7%之间,方法检出限为0.090μg/ml。结论氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法具有灵敏度高、干扰少、选择性好、准确度高等优点,而用王水做消化液适用于各种作业场所中锡的测定。
Aim To study the determination of tin in the air by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Digestion of the sample plate filter, choose digestion with aqua regia digestion, select the appropriate instrument working conditions for testing. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7 in the linear range of 0-100 μg / L, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of different standard solutions ranged from 0.82% to 3.87%, and the recovery rates were between 98.0% and 102.7% The limit is 0.090 μg / ml. Conclusion Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference, good selectivity and high accuracy. However, the use of aqua regia as digestive juice is suitable for the determination of tin in various workplaces.
