近些年来越来越多的城市群众文化路线兴起。大型文化活动的举办不再是各个文化局的专属活动。在许多城市的群众文化战线,精彩的大型文化活动的事例比比皆是,活动的种类繁多,形式多样,给人们的生活带来了不一样的色彩。人民在进步,时代在召唤,随着生活水平的提高,物质生活的满足,人们开始追求精神层面的文化。时代要求也是人们自身需求加入到群众文化的浪潮中。作为一名群众文化工作者,责任重大,为了人民的幸福文化生活而努力是我义不容辞的责任,一定尽最大努力将这项工作做到最好,满足人民的需求。地方群众文化活动的主要作用有两个,首先提供了属于老百姓的文化舞台;其次文化舞台能够加强不同地方人们之间的交流,成为文化交流的重要途径。群众路线中的文化活动符合大众要求,具有健康生活色彩,富有地方民族特色。我市大连的风景山水文化闻名世界,所以我们的文化活动主题应该围绕着大连的美好进行,即做出了宣传活动,也丰富了人民的业余生活。策划群众大型文化活动,是一个不断探索发现,进行活动创新的过程。实事求是时文化活动的指导信条,要做到丰富多彩,但不可急功近利,形式主义。一切为群众的幸福生活着想。
In recent years, more and more urban mass cultural routes have emerged. The holding of large-scale cultural activities is no longer the exclusive activity of all cultural bureaus. In many cities’ mass cultural fronts, there are many wonderful examples of large-scale cultural activities with a wide variety of activities and various forms, bringing different colors to people’s lives. The people are making progress and the times are summoning. With the improvement of living standard and the satisfaction of material life, people began to pursue the spirit-level culture. The requirements of the times are also the people’s own needs to join the wave of mass culture. As a mass cultural worker, it is incumbent upon me to take great responsibility and work hard for the happiness and cultural life of the people. It is my utmost obligation to do my utmost to ensure that this is done to meet the needs of the people. The two main functions of local mass cultural activities are to provide the cultural stage belonging to the common people first. Secondly, the cultural stage can enhance the exchange among people in different places and become an important way of cultural exchange. Cultural activities in the mass line meet the general public’s requirements, have a healthy living color and are rich in local ethnic characteristics. Dalian is famous for its landscape and culture in Dalian. Therefore, the theme of our cultural activities should focus on the beautiful performance of Dalian, that is, to make publicity activities and to enrich the people’s spare time. Planning large-scale cultural activities of the masses, is a continuous exploration and discovery, activities, innovation process. When seeking truth from facts, the guiding principle of cultural activities should be colorful but not quick success and formalism. All for the sake of the people’s happy life.
