目的研究幼猪颈内动脉系统脑血管形态学特征及脑栓塞模型的制作。方法5头幼猪自颈内动脉加压灌注丙酮塑脂溶液,制成血管模型,测量各支血管管径。6头经颈内动脉注入0.5~0.8mm大小的血栓,6小时后复查脑血管造影。结果颈内动脉远端移行为一团血管网,再合成一主干人颅,网状结构内小血管管径约0.2~0.5mm;注入的血栓均受阻于网前或网中,6小时后血管仍未再通。结论幼猪颈内动脉有特殊的解剖特点,适于制作脑栓塞模型.且部位易固定,栓塞成功率高。
Objective To study the morphological features of cerebral vessels and the model of cerebral embolism in the internal carotid arteries of young pigs. Methods Five young pigs were infused with acetone plasticine solution through the internal carotid artery to make a blood vessel model and measure the diameter of each branch. 6 through the internal carotid artery of 0.5 ~ 0.8mm size thrombosis, 6 hours after review of cerebral angiography. Results The distal end of the internal carotid artery was transplanted into a blood vessel network. A small cranial cranium was re-synthesized. The diameter of the small blood vessels in the reticular structure was about 0.2-0.5 mm. The implanted thrombi were blocked in the anterior mesh or in the mesh. After 6 hours, Still not re-pass. Conclusion The piglet internal carotid artery has special anatomical characteristics and is suitable for making model of cerebral embolism, and the site is easy to fix with high success rate of embolization.
