近年来,随着水务信息化的飞速发展,传统的计算机机房管理模式已经不能顺应时代发展的要求,日益严峻的网络安全问题、机房的能耗日益增加、设备国产化程度不高、机房可扩展性不强、服务器资源利用率极低和桌面管理方式落后等问题日益突出。为了应对这些问题,提出一些新的观点和方法,从理论上弥补传统运行管理模式的不足之处,旨在提高核心机房的运行效率。
