从意义和语音两个方面出发 ,考察佛经《大正藏》中有关“野马”的用例 ,又结合一些先贤已经揭示出来的汉语现象 ,论证了“野马”本义是水汽 ,它的原始形式是“焰”。它还有一个形式是“阳焰”。“野马”和“阳焰”是由“焰”分别通过衍生和重叠的方式演变而来的同义词
From the aspects of meaning and phonetics, this article examines the use cases of “Wild Horse” in “Dazhengzhai” of the Buddhist scriptures and the Chinese phenomena that some sages have revealed. It proves that the original meaning of “wild horses” is water vapor and its original form is “flame ”. It is also a form of “Yang flame.” “Mustang” and “Yang Yan” are synonymous with “flame” evolved and derived from each other
