对2014年3月~2016年3月对140例OGTT试验者随机分为观察组73例和对照组67例。对照组采用传统方法。观察组在对照组基础上再饮40°温开水50毫升,指导患者做深而慢的呼吸,同时按揉内关穴,比较二组患者不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者总不良反应发生率及恶心、呕吐发生率均明显低于对照组。组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论 OGTT试验中在喝完糖水后再饮40°温开水50毫升,能减少不良反应的发生,提高患者的舒适度和试验成功率。
From March 2014 to March 2016, 140 patients with OGTT were randomly divided into observation group (73 cases) and control group (67 cases). Control group using the traditional method. The observation group was given 40 ml warm water 50 ml on the basis of the control group to guide the patient to do deep and slow breathing. At the same time, the Neiguan acupoint was rubbed to compare the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions and nausea and vomiting in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01; P <0.05). Conclusions After OGTT test, drinking 50 ml of 40 ° water after drinking syrup can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patient comfort and test success rate.
