本文对变形钢筋在常幅荷载下的试验结果进行分析,得出了不同应力比时的S-N曲线、Goodman图及疲劳寿命N与最大应力σ_(max)、应力幅△σ的关系。在此基础上应用Miner线性累积损伤定律,探讨了变幅荷载下钢筋疲劳寿命的计算方法和可靠度分析方法,提出了具有一致可靠度的设计建议;同时分析了变形钢筋疲劳强度的主要影响因素和疲劳破坏的微观机理。
In this paper, the test results of deformed rebar under constant-amplitude load are analyzed, and the relationship between S-N curve, Goodman diagram and fatigue life N, maximum stress σ max, and stress amplitude Δσ at different stress ratios are obtained. Based on this, Miner’s law of linear cumulative damage is applied to discuss the calculation method and reliability analysis method of the fatigue life of rebar under variable amplitude load, and the design proposal with consistent reliability is proposed. The main influencing factors of fatigue strength of deformed rebar are also analyzed at the same time. And the microscopic mechanism of fatigue failure.
