我省北部地区,冬季最低气温达—30——40℃,渠道混凝土衬砌经冬、春反复冻融极易破坏,不仅年维修费用大,而且严重影响使用年限,防渗效果也大大降低。以往我们用增加衬砌厚度和改用砌石防渗解决,但结果不仅增加了衬砌工程投资,而冻坏问题仍未能得到很好解决。近几年,我们从衬砌受冻的力学考虑,采用混凝土弧形渠底和在边坡涨力最大部位加厚。 1990年在昌黎县引滦灌区三分干渠200米砂段首次试用新的结构型式,断面如图:
In the northern part of our province, the lowest temperature in winter reaches -30 - 40 ℃. The concrete lining of channel can be easily destroyed by repeated freezing and thawing in winter and spring. It not only damages the annual maintenance costs but also seriously affects the service life and the anti-seepage effect. In the past we used to increase the lining thickness and the use of masonry seepage control solution, but the result not only increased investment in lining construction, and the problem of freezing has not yet been well resolved. In recent years, we consider the mechanics of lining the frozen ground, using concrete arc-shaped canal bottom and thickening in the largest part of the slope.
