一、现场监督公证规范的现状一是在法律层面。“现场监督公证”一词在《公证法》中没有提及,只是在关于公证机构办理的事项中涉及现场监督公证的两种类型,即《公证法》第11条第1款第5项规定的招标投标、拍卖公证事项中涉及。二是在规章、规范性文件层面,《公证程序规则》涉及现场监督公证的专门规范为第52条。涉及现场监督公证的规范性文件有两部。即,
