除圣人外,大多凡人都有这样的思维——手电筒思维,只会从自我的角度看别人,而不会从他人的角度来审视自我,反省自我。这种思维模式,教师也未能“脱俗”。我们大多数教师都想把每一堂课上精彩,都想成为学生喜欢的好老师,但我们是否从学生的角度来思考过学生需要怎样的语文课呢是否思考过学生喜欢怎样的语文老师呢或许,不少同人也曾在学生中作过调查,但学生是否对您讲了真话呢本期我们编辑了一组主题为“学生心目中理想的语文老师”的稿件,为广大同人展示出了一面面“镜子”。或许,这一面面“镜子”可以纠正我们的思维,美化我们的课堂和形象。
In addition to the saints, most mortals have this kind of thinking - flashlight thinking, will only look at others from their own point of view, not from the perspective of others to look at themselves, self-reflection. This mode of thinking, teachers have also failed to “go”. Most of our teachers want to make every class brilliant and want to be good teachers. Many of my colleagues have also conducted surveys among students, but have students told you the truth? In this issue, we edited a group of manuscripts with the theme “Ideal Chinese teachers in the minds of students” to show them to the majority of people. Out of a “mirror”. Perhaps this “mirror” can correct our thinking and beautify our classroom and image.
