为了加强水土保持的保护工作,根据辽宁省贯彻全国水土保持工作条例细则的精神,我省各地普遍实行了检查员制度。去年以来,全省千余名水土保持检查员,对造成新的水土流失现象,进行了普通检查。针对发现的问题,敦促有关单位采取有效措施,努力保护水土资源,防止造成新的水土流失,坚决杜绝边治理边破坏,收到了很好的效果。
In order to strengthen the protection of soil and water conservation, according to the spirit of implementing the rules and regulations for soil and water conservation in Liaoning Province, the inspectors system has been universally implemented across the province. Since last year, more than a thousand soil and water conservation inspectors in the province have conducted regular inspections of the new soil erosion. In response to the problems discovered, the relevant units are urged to take effective measures to strive to protect soil and water resources, prevent new water and soil loss, and resolutely put an end to the devastating side of governance. They have received very good results.
