采用不同剂量(0~300 Gy)的60Co-γ射线辐照乌拉尔甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis)种子,研究辐照处理对乌拉尔甘草种子在不同浓度Na2SO4(0~400 mmol·L-1)胁迫下发芽率、累积发芽率和发芽指数的影响,以期筛选出能够提高乌拉尔甘草种子耐盐性能的最佳辐射剂量。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高,种子的发芽率和发芽指数呈下降趋势,发芽时间延迟,高盐浓度溶液对种子萌发率的影响较为强烈。但60Co-γ辐照处理的乌拉尔甘草种子在高盐环境中的萌发率(GP=12.22%)极显著(P=0.00)高于对照(GP=0)。说明60Co-γ辐照处理确实能够有效提高乌拉尔甘草种子在Na2SO4胁迫下的发芽率,尤以经100 Gy辐照处理的乌拉尔甘草种子作用效果最好,对Na2SO4胁迫表现出了较好的耐性。
The seeds of Glycyrrhiza uralensis were irradiated with different doses (0 ~ 300 Gy) of 60Co-γ ray to study the germination rate of Radix Ural lichen planted under different concentrations of Na2SO4 (0-400 mmol·L-1) , The cumulative germination rate and germination index, in order to screen out the best radiation dose that can improve the salt tolerance of the seeds of Ural licorice. The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration, germination rate and germination index of seed decreased, germination time was delayed, and the effect of high salt solution on seed germination rate was stronger. However, the germination rate (GP = 12.22%) of the 60Co-γ irradiated Ural licorice seed in high salt environment was significantly higher (P = 0.00) than that in the control (GP = 0). The results showed that 60Co-γ irradiation could indeed increase the germination rate of Ural licorice seed under Na2SO4 stress, especially the Ural licorice seed treated with 100 Gy radiation had the best effect and showed good tolerance to Na2SO4 stress.
