目的建立水中7种挥发性卤代烃同时检测的顶空气相色谱法。方法样品经过水浴加热后,取液上气体进样,以DB-624毛细管色谱柱分离后用气相色谱ECD检测器进行分析。结果在所建立的最佳实验条件下,7种挥发性卤代烃能得到有效分离,线性良好,最低检出限为0.001~0.05μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.6%~8.9%,平均回收率为84%~104%,该方法的线性范围为0.01~50μg/L。结论该方法灵敏、简单易操作、准确可靠,用此法检测考核样品中7种挥发性卤代烃,结果满意。
Objective To establish a headspace gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of seven volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in water. Methods After the sample was heated in a water bath, the gas sample was taken from the sample solution and analyzed by gas chromatographic ECD detector after being separated by DB-624 capillary column. Results Under the optimal experimental conditions, the seven kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons could be effectively separated with good linearity. The detection limits were 0.001-0.05 μg / L and the relative standard deviations were 3.6% ~ 8.9%. The average recoveries The rate ranged from 84% to 104%. The linear range of this method was from 0.01 to 50 μg / L. Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple and easy to operate, accurate and reliable. Seven volatile halocarbons in the samples were tested by this method, and the results were satisfactory.
