从认知语言学角度来看,隐喻是人类最基本的思维模式。本文的主旨在于从隐喻这种最基本的人类认知方式来解读中国学生在第二语言——英语的学习过程中,由于母语的影响,经常出现的一些语句错误,即母语负迁移现象。本文认为部分中国学生存在着某种隐喻认知机制的缺陷,试图借助Fauconnier的空间合成理论做一些相应的完善以期减少学生母语负迁移影响,并提出一些促进语法教学的建议。
From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, metaphor is the most basic human mode of thinking. The main purpose of this paper is to interpret some of the mistakes made by Chinese students in the process of learning the second language - English, such as the negative transfer of the mother tongue, due to the influence of their mother tongue, from the most basic human cognitive mode of metaphor. This paper argues that some Chinese students have some defects in their metaphorical cognitive mechanisms and try to make some improvements based on Fauconnier’s theory of spatial synthesis in order to reduce the negative influence of negative transfer of students’ mother tongue and put forward some suggestions to promote grammar teaching.
