基于顺序阀的汽车外饰零件熔接痕控制

汽车外饰零件采用传统浇注成型方法,熔接痕较多,造成外观质量、力学性能低等问题.对熔接痕形成及顺序阀控制机理进行模型分析,并以前蒙皮为例,运用UG和Modlflow模拟分析软件进行分析,通过多种方案分析对比,获得合理的浇注系统及其工艺参数.试模结果表明,前蒙皮表面无影响外观的明显熔接痕,产品各方面性能均达到质量目标.顺序阀技术对解决汽车外饰零件注射成型问题有重大意义.
