龙门提升吊盘是建筑施工垂直运输不可缺少的设备。长期以来,由于安全装置不够完善,事故时有发生。为促进安全生产,我们研制了一种挂钩式的安全装置。经过几年使用(曾防止十余次事故的发生)证明是成功的。并于1984年进行了省级鉴定。现已推广到煤矿竖井、载货电梯、井字架单双吊栏等设备上应用。安全装置的构造和安装位置见附图。
The lifting of the gantry is the indispensable equipment for the vertical transportation of construction. For a long time, due to incomplete safety devices, accidents have occurred from time to time. To promote safe production, we have developed a hook-type safety device. After several years of use (having prevented more than a dozen accidents from happening), it proved to be successful. In 1984, it was certified at the provincial level. It has been applied to coal mine shafts, freight elevators, and wells, single and double booms, and other equipment. The structure and installation position of the safety device are shown in the attached drawings.
