随着基础教育课程体系的不断改革,新课程以素质教育理念为指导,体现以学生的发展为本。新一轮课程改革,已经走过十多个年头,在实施“历史与社会”课程的实验中,对课程定位、课程的基本理念和课程的核心及素养教育等基础课程概念进行实践,并针对性地进行了思考,作了相应教学尝试。
