新时期我国诸多粗放型乡村民营企业进入了急剧转型期,依托经济学框架中的“技术—市场—经济”逻辑难以实现乡村民营企业的有序流转和蜕变,甚至导致不同利益主体的恶性博弈与激烈冲突,使转型过程陷入失序困境。对此,尝试提出“过程—行为—结构”研究框架,通过探索和挖掘石镇乡村民营企业与乡土社会互动融合的影响因子,提出乡村民营企业有序转型是政治社会结构、特殊主体行为与价值观念以及具体事件发展过程共同作用和构建的结果,对于乡村产业有序转型实践具有重要借鉴意义。
