目的 探讨反映心肌细胞受损的临床生物标记物,观察血清心肌细胞钙蛋白与心肌酶谱之间的关系。方法 观察40 例小儿心肌炎血清心肌钙蛋白(CTn-I)、肌酸磷酸激酶CK-MB变化。柯萨基病毒B1~6IgM 阳性患儿治疗前后CTn-I的变化。结果 心肌炎组CTn-I、CK-MB明显高于对照组,柯萨基病毒B1~6IgM 阳性患儿治疗后CTn-I明显低于治疗前。结论 血清CTn-I反映了心肌细胞损害敏感指标,对诊断心肌炎较心肌酶谱有较宽时间窗。
Objective To investigate the clinical biomarkers that reflect the damage of cardiomyocytes and to observe the relationship between serum cardiomyocyte calcium level and myocardial enzymes. Methods The changes of serum cardiac troponin (CTn-I) and creatine phosphokinase CK-MB in 40 children with myocarditis were observed. Changes of CTn-I in children with Coxsackievirus B1 ~ 6IgM before and after treatment. Results The CTn-I and CK-MB in myocarditis group were significantly higher than those in control group. The CTn-I levels in children with B1 ~ 6IgM positive Kesi virus were significantly lower than those before treatment. Conclusion Serum CTn-I reflects the sensitive index of myocardial cell damage, myocardial enzymes in the diagnosis of myocardial enzymes than a wide time window.
