鉴于众多高速公路穿越软土地基时出现承载力不足、沉降量大以及不均匀沉降等施工灾害,本文以龙城高速公路工程为依托,采用现场试验的方法对水泥粉煤灰搅拌桩复合地基加固软土的设计参数及施工工艺进行了研究,对其加固效果进行了检查。现场试验证明水泥粉煤灰搅拌桩复合地基加固软土路基是可行的,加固效果明显。但在施工过程中应加强管理,保证施工质量,并在施工后对成桩质量进行检查,确保地基承载力满足设计要求。
In view of the lack of bearing capacity, large settlement and uneven settlement of many expressways when crossing the soft ground, this paper relies on the project of Longcheng Expressway and adopts the on-site test to reinforce the cement-flyash mixing pile composite foundation The design parameters of soft soil and construction technology were studied, and the reinforcement effect was checked. Field tests show that it is feasible to reinforce soft soil subgrade with cement fly ash mixing pile composite foundation, and the reinforcement effect is obvious. However, the construction process should be strengthened management to ensure the construction quality, and after the construction of pile quality inspection to ensure that the foundation bearing capacity to meet the design requirements.
