研究了铬天青S分光光度法用于分析三元复合驱采出液中铝浓度的可行性。考察了单一的和共存的碱(NaOH)、聚合物 (HPAM )、表面活性剂 (ORS41 )、原油、无机盐对铝定量分析的影响。实验表明 ,水样中含有碱、聚合物、原油、无机盐对Al的定量分析影响较小 ;Al浓度一定时 ,表面活性剂ORS41在浓度增大到一定值后 ,水样吸光度不再变化 ,可以通过加入表活剂使其“饱和”的方法消除其影响。用本方法能够准确、快速地分析ASP三元复合驱采出液中微量的Al,分析的相对误差在 5%以内 ,分析的线性范围在 0— 2 80 μg/L。
The feasibility of using chromazurol S spectrophotometry to analyze the concentration of aluminum in the recovery fluid of ASP flooding was studied. The effects of single and coexisting alkali (NaOH), polymer (HPAM), surfactant (ORS 41), crude oil and inorganic salts on the quantitative analysis of aluminum were investigated. Experiments show that the water samples containing alkali, polymer, crude oil, inorganic salts have little effect on the quantitative analysis of Al; when the concentration of Al is constant, the absorbance of water sample no longer changes when the concentration of surfactant ORS41 increases to a certain value, Its effect can be eliminated by adding surfactant to “saturate” it. The method can accurately and quickly analyze the trace amounts of Al in the ASP ASP flooding recovery fluid. The relative error of analysis is within 5%, and the linear range of analysis is from 0 to 2 80 μg / L.
