目的了解南通市城区放射工作人员的职业外照射年剂量水平,评价放射防护效果和评估放射工作人员职业危害,为放射防护科学管理提供依据。方法使用FJ-427A1型热释光剂量仪对放射工作人员进行深部剂量当量HP(10)监测。结果南通市城区放射工种作业人员的人均外照射年有效剂量为0.40 m Sv/a,集体有效剂量为229.82人·m Sv,以临床介入较高(0.66 m Sv/a);医学辐射工作人员人均年有效剂量(0.41 m Sv/a)高于工业应用(0.29m Sv/a);私营单位放射工作人员人均年有效剂量最高为0.53 m Sv/a。结论 2015年南通市城区放射工作人员年有效剂量均处于较低水平,我市城区放射工作人员的放射防护条件良好,工作环境比较安全。
Objective To understand the dose level of occupational exposure of radiation workers in urban areas of Nantong City, evaluate the radiological protection effect and evaluate the occupational hazards of radiation workers, and provide basis for scientific management of radiation protection. Methods Radiation workers were exposed to deep dose equivalent HP (10) using the FJ-427A1 thermoluminescence dosimeter. Results The effective radiation dose of perinatal radiation was 0.40 mSv / a in Nantong city, and the effective dose was 229.82 persons · m Sv with a high clinical intervention (0.66 m Sv / a). The average number of radiation workers The annual effective dose (0.41 m Sv / a) is higher than that of industrial applications (0.29 m Sv / a). The annual average effective dose of radiological staff in private sector is 0.53 m Sv / a. Conclusion The annual effective doses of radiation workers in Nantong City in 2015 are all at a low level. Radiation workers in urban areas of our city have good radiation protection conditions and the working environment is relatively safe.
