研究了培养液小苏打不同用量对钝顶螺旋藻生长速度、光合速率及生物量的影响。试验结果表明:在一个培养周期中,每升培养液小苏打的最低用量不能低于2.5g,否则将会显著降低螺旋藻的生长速度、光合速率和生物量
