党代会报道通常由会前报道、会中报道及会后报道三部分组成。其中,会中报道是党代会报道的核心和高潮,需要新闻界系统地进行组织、策划,既要有准确的宏观把握和清晰的整体报道思路,又要有平稳、可靠的实施。 在举世瞩目的十六大召开期间,新闻界围绕“把全党的思想统一到十六大精神上来,把全国各族人民的力量凝聚到实现十六大提出的任务上来”这一根本目标,积极、全面、准确、深入地报道十六大、宣传十六大精神,圆满完成了报道任务。 本刊特推出“十六大报道回顾”专题,约请参与会议报道的同志就报道的策划、组织、采写撰文;以探索规律、总结经验、推动创新。 十六大精神宣传任重道远,我们诚挚邀请新闻界同行就“贯彻十六大精神”的宣传继续来稿,参与讨论。
Party congress reports are usually composed of three parts: pre-meeting reports, inter-meeting reports and post-meeting reports. Among them, the meeting report is the core and climax of the report of the party congress, which requires the press to organize and plan systematically. It is necessary to have accurate macroscopic grasp and a clear idea of overall reporting, as well as smooth and reliable implementation. During the convening of the 16th CPC Central Committee that has attracted worldwide attention, the press centered on the fundamental goal of “unifying the thinking of the entire party to the spirit of the 16th National Congress and bringing the strength of the people of all ethnic groups in the country to the task put forward by the 16th CPC National Congress” Actively, comprehensively, accurately and in-depth coverage of the 16th CPC National Congress, propagandize the spirit of the 16th National Congress, successfully completed the reporting task. We published the special feature of “Report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China” and invited comrades who participated in the conference to plan, organize and write the articles about the reports; explore laws, summarize experiences and promote innovation. The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has a long way to go for publicity. We sincerely invite colleagues in the press to continue drafting and publicizing the propaganda work on “implementing the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress” and participate in discussions.
