目前,由于高职院校不断扩大招生,已经出现了不少问题,其中最为突出的矛盾是质的发展跟不上量的扩张,致使教学管理在认识与管理手段上都存在许多问题,严重影响到人才培养的质量,具体表现为:教学管理思想观念落后;教学管理的目的、任务不明确;教学管理工作重视程度不够;教学管理重数量轻质量,重视对教的管理忽略对学的管理;教学管理缺乏创新;教学管理组织的权力倾向性严重;教学管理评估体系不健全等方面。
