据业内人士披露,京沪高铁的时速原本是要在350~400千米之间选择的,高铁的整体技术应该是没有问题的。但有敬业的技术人员在山东境内发现,地面沉降超出了设计之初的预想,沉降不均无疑会对高铁的运行安全带来极大的隐患。然而,面临地面沉降尴尬的岂止是山东,早在20多年前卫星图片就显示,因超采地下水,中国的华北已然呈现巨大的漏斗状。中国南方自然也不能幸免,上海就是典型的一例。上海是个一边升,一边降的城市,城市平均标高才4米,而黄浦江涨一次潮就高达5米多,再继续沉陷2米,上海将变“下海”。究其沉陷的原因,有七成是超采地下水。
