通过明胶与蒙脱土的插层反应制备明胶-蒙脱土插层复合材料,使用XRD和FT-IR对材料进行表征,结果表明:明胶成功地插层进入到蒙脱土的层间。将该材料作为吸附剂对活性翠兰K-GL模拟染料废水进行了脱色处理,探究了反应时间、染液p H值对吸附反应的影响。结果表明:该吸附剂能够快速吸附水溶液中的活性翠兰K-GL,在p H值较低的条件下其吸附量较大,当染液p H值为2.5时得到最大吸附量。但当染液p H值低于2.5时,由于吸附剂表面Zeta电位较高,吸附剂与染料形成的粒子不易凝聚并沉降,吸附剂性能有所下降。
The gelatin-montmorillonite intercalation composites were prepared by intercalation reaction of gelatin and montmorillonite. The materials were characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The results showed that gelatin successfully intercalated into the interlayer of montmorillonite. The material was used as adsorbent for the activity of Turquoise Blue K-GL dye wastewater treatment, to explore the reaction time, dye p H value on the adsorption reaction. The results show that the adsorbent can rapidly adsorb the active Turquoise Blue K-GL in aqueous solution, and its adsorption capacity is larger under the condition of lower pH value. When the pH value of the dye solution is 2.5, the maximum adsorption capacity is obtained. However, when the p H value of the dye solution is less than 2.5, the adsorbent performance is deteriorated due to the high Zeta potential of the adsorbent surface, the particles formed by the adsorbent and the dye are not easily aggregated and settled.
