档案管理工作作为当前高职院校管理的重要组成部分之一。档案工作是高职院校工作的重要组成部分,它是基层基础建设、规范管理的重要内容之一。管理好、做好档案是每所高职院校档案管理工作人员必须履行的重要职责。然而,多数档案管理人员更换频繁,在管理上存在较多漏洞,如何改进高职院校档案管理工作中的不足,提出对策。本文总结了目前高职院校档案管理中存在的问题,并且提出了具有创新性的解决方案和思路。
File management as one of the important components of the management of higher vocational colleges. File work is an important part of the work in higher vocational colleges. It is one of the important contents of grassroots infrastructure construction and standardized management. To manage well and to do a good job of archives is an important responsibility that the staff of archives management in every vocational college must fulfill. However, most archivists change frequently, there are many loopholes in the management, how to improve the shortage of file management in higher vocational colleges and put forward countermeasures. This article summarizes the existing problems in the file management of higher vocational colleges, and proposes innovative solutions and ideas.
